Policies

Bookings with less than an 1 week lead-time may incur a 20% expedite fee.

All invoices must be paid within 72 hours of receipt and are subject to cancellation without additional notice.

If invoice cancels/expires there is a $25 reinstatement fee (subject to availability).

Grass must be cut prior to yard party installation for our safety.

Yard parties must be placed in front yards only. We will try to accommodate placement requests but exact location is at the final discretion of the installer.
