Terms and Conditions

Payment  & Cancellation Policies

  • A retainer or full payment (if less than two weeks) is required at the time of booking in order to reserve/hold your requested date.
  • A  rush fee up to 25% may be required if not  fully paid 7 days prior to event  date.
  • If you must cancel your booking, you must do so 7 days before event date.  You may RESCHEDULE the same order for a future booking date , based on our availability.
  • In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way.  We will work with you to reschedule a future date.
  • No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
  • No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
  • No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the yard party.
  • No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the yard party  from being set up.
  • No refunds will be given for circumstances out of our control that prevent us from setting up the yard party.

Yard Party Sign Rentals

  • All yard party signs except bodacious head cut-outs and standees are for rental only.  They remain the property of Balloon Envy.  You will be invoiced for missing or damaged yard signs.
  • Due to the unique nature of each setup and # of bookings each day, we can not guarantee a specific delivery/pick up time. We only guarantee that the order will be delivered within the window specified on your invoice / confirmation.
  • Yard party greetings may be modified from request due to yard size and condition.  If you are unsure if your yard will accommodate the message you’ve ordered please email us ahead of time with a photo just so we can ensure you’ve selected an appropriate size message.
  • There is no need for you to be home during delivery, setup or removal. We will install your yard party quickly and quietly in the best location for aesthetic and installation purposes. 
  • If your yard party is installed at an address other than your own, we require that you please notify someone in that household that we will be on the property during the scheduled window for setup and take down.  This is required for our safety.  By booking the yard party and providing payment, you agree that we have the permission to be on the property.  Purchaser is responsible for signs while placed in the yard, regardless of if they live at address & should forward our policies to homeowner.
  • Please water your yard in the days leading up to your delivery if it has not rained in several days.  If a 6″ screwdriver can easily penetrate the ground, then we are good to go! If we are unable to install a greeting due to ground conditions when we arrive, signs are refunded up to $50 due to time spent preparing & travelling.
  • Please do NOT mow, edge around or take down the yard sign display for lawn maintenance purposes.  Cut grass causes stains to the yard signs.  If you have a lawn service scheduled during the duration of your display it is your responsibility to inform them of this policy or simply reschedule for them to come after the sign is removed. Damage caused by mowing will be assessed & billed at our replacement cost.
  • If you have any outdoor pets, please keep them away from the signs.  Damage caused by pets will be assessed & billed at our replacement cost.  We strongly encourage you to keep them fenced in a separate area or indoors for the duration of your rental.
  • For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard party display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or an adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
  • Please do not throw yard party items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs.  It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you (the purchaser) are still responsible for it.
  • Please DO NOT attach ANYTHING to any part of the yard party display or rearrange the signs.
  • Balloon Envy and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, display or removal of any rental.

Yard Party Balloons

  • Due to the unique nature of each setup and # of bookings each day, we can not guarantee a specific delivery/pick up time. We only guarantee that the order will be delivered within the window specified on your invoice / confirmation.
  • Balloon displays are mainly meant to be up for 1 day. We use the highest quality balloons on the market to help ensure that your display lasts as long as possible.  Your display may last several days, but we don’t offer any guarantees as weather, animals, and many other factors can affect the longevity of balloons.
  • You do not need to return your yard balloon art displays to us when you are done with them (EXCEPTIONS: Balloon number frames and photo frame stands ) They are yours to keep.  Foil balloons can sometimes even be saved and reused!.  To remove your balloon party poles, simply pull up on the pole and then do the same for the stake underneath.
  • Balloon number frames and photo frames remain the property of Balloon Envy.  We will return to pick them up 48-72 hours after set up.  Please do not to remove from installation location.  You will be held responsible for all damages/replacement charges to frames.
  • For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard balloon art display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or an adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
  • Balloon Envy and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, display or removal of any purchase.

Photo & Advertising Release

  • We will photograph your yard art display for use on our business website and social media pages unless you otherwise inform us not to do so.  No personal information will be associated to your photograph.
  • We  may place a small sign in your yard with our contact info. This sign is unobtrusive to your custom greeting, please do not move it.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

Customer agrees to protect, defend, indemnify Balloon Envy and hold its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Balloon Envy purchase/rental agreement and/or the performance thereof. Customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc., at his sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent. The agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective dates of the rental agreement or as long as yard art balloons are owned.
